Unfortunately if you follow a capitalist and further to the right agenda.... on 09:30 - Jan 21 by unstableblue... then small government and where possible smaller government services becomes the order of the day. Especially as the tax regime is replaced. Private water companies needing to provide a share holder dividend also an outcome. Given climate change, extreme weather, increasing population then the environment agency should have its funding increased, not reduced. We need to look to Germany, Benelux and the Nordics..not the USA for exemplarsAm I right in thinking that companies have a duty to maximise share-holder returns?
